1/2 juice of lime

1 cup boiling water

Combine all ingredients in your favorite mug and let steep 3-4 minutes

Vacation from American hell

Just got back from a 4 day vaykay visiting family on maaaaaaan do they eat! I feel so bloated and fatty from just 4 daysof eating like an American, it is so sad to me that most people live their entire lives feeling so subdued from food. Yuck. I hope Americans change but I don’t think there is a lot of hope. Today I am eating all natural foods and starting tomorrow I am doing a juice cleanse until July 1st.

Oh, on a plus side, everyone said how much weight I lost! Although after this weekend I am a little afraid to get on the scale. Oh well, next time I won’t try and keep up with everyone else- peer pressure is alive and well.

Off the master cleanse

I feel great. Have been 100% raw vegan since and only gained back 2 lbs. I just started working out again today by running 2 miles and feel amazing.
