How to stay healthy

Solutions on how to stay healthy and dust yourself off after falling of the wagon.

berry lemonade

2 lemons or limes

about half a cup of frozen rasberries

about half a cup pineapple 

coconut water (5-11 fl oz)

2 tbls raw super foods smoothie mix

make in blender and then sprinkle with 1 tsp chia seeds

i think most people would prefer only one lemon or maybe even half a lemon but i am crazzzzyyyyy for lemons and this was perfect. the pineapple is a great natural sweetener.
